Sheridan Garage 2516 Q Street NW

The Sheridan Garage was originally built in 1922 by Architects Henry R. Loveless and Carl A. Offut to be a fifty-seven car garage so it is situated fifty feet from the street. However, in 2002 the building was converted into a condominium by the Shalom Baranes Associates. The renovations and additions gave the 34 units in this building a modern edge that cannot be viewed from the street. Penthouses are marked by their modern spaces and towering ceilings. Its proximity to Georgetown’s M Street and Dupont Circle make shopping, fine-dining, and entertainment very easy to come by. Dupont Circle’s metro station also makes the rest of the city easily accessible. It is also only a few blocks away from some Montrose Park and Dumbarton Oaks Park.

The last unit that the builder had for sale went under contract in May 2011. All future sales will be re-sales, so parking with be on a case by case basis depending on what the current unit owner has. There are both garage parking and above ground parking spots at the building adnnd the possibility remains for some rental spots - above ground.
