I have lived in the Phoenix Condo for many years and the description on this web site is inaccurate. There is only one one-bedroom unit and the other nine are two-bedroom two-bath units with 900 plus square feet. There is a LOT of closet space in these units, with three closets in the master bedroom and a conventional 2 x 6 closet in the second bedroom. There is a coat closet in the foyer hallway and a large utility room with a stacked washer/dryer, water heater, HVAC system and room to hang additional coats or store luggage, cans of paint, a bike, etc. The master bathroom has a double vanity and additional storage space for towels. While the building is narrow, there is only one unit per floor, so the units are deep and have three exposures - eastern, southern, and western. They are very bright and quite livable. As of 2012 the monthly condo fee for the two-bedrooms is $450/month.
