At the Buyer’s Edge, we love DC Real Estate! We love everything about it, so we created our buyDCcondos.com website. We wanted the community and our buyer clients to have an unbiased website that explored many of the condominium options out there today. As Exclusive Buyer’s Agents we take no listings, so our real estate company has no condos for sale in Washington, DC or any property to “sell” you. Since buyDCcondos.com takes no advertising dollars, we have no developers or traditional real estate companies that we are beholden to. What you see on our website is the unbiased look at each condominium project that the community, our clients and our Exclusive Buyer's Agents review. We simply love what we do!

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, it reminds us that not only do we love what we do, but we also need to take care of those people we love most in this world. So this February 14th over a romantic Buyer’s Edge/We Love DC Real Estate but Sometimes Buyers Need to Get Away to be with the One They Love!dinner share surprise plans for a wonderful weekend or getaway with your special someone. In the near future, take some time away from the hustle and bustle of our busy DC lives and spend a few days to rest, relax and renew. We highly recommend going to Rabbit Hill Inn in Lower Waterford, Vermont (established in 1825) for a beautiful, quiet retreat.

This highly rated inn is located two hours from Manchester, New Hampshire International Airport. The easy, stressless drive north is spectacular and the innBuyer’s Edge/We Love DC Real Estate but Sometimes Buyers Need to Get Away to be with the One They Love! is found nestled in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont close to the Connecticut River. An hour south of the Canadian border, each season is better than the next, so it doesn’t matter when you plan your trip. There is so much to do, or you can do nothing at all!

If winter is your season and you love to ski, snow board or explore nordic trails, there are numerous ski Buyer’s Edge/We Love DC Real Estate but Sometimes Buyers Need to Get Away to be with the One They Love!resorts within close range. Bretton Woods, Stowe, and Jay Peak are great places to ski for a day. Guests may take quiet, snowy walks, with or without snow shoes, on wonderful trails close to Rabbit Hill Inn. Sleigh rides and snow mobile adventures also can easily be arranged for inn guests.

Guests may want to explore nearby St Johnsbury, Vermont or Littleton, New Hampshire if snow adventures seem a bit chilly. Both towns have exceptional bookstores, fun shops and restaurants. In Littleton, don’t miss shopping at Lahout’s, America’s oldest ski shop or Chutters, the world’s longest candy counter. Of course, Gold House Pizza in Littleton is a Buyer’s Edge favorite. Bailiwicks Fine Restaurant Wine & Martini Bar also is a spectacular place to share an exquisite meal. In St Johnsbury, Vermont, Sunshine Boutique and Moose River Lake & Lodge are stores that should not be missed.

There are many other attractions you might not want to miss like a scenic drive to Canada (don’t forget Buyer’s Edge/We Love DC Real Estate but Sometimes Buyers Need to Get Away to be with the One They Love!your passport.), Mt Washington or Franconia Notch. Then again if you did all the activities that are available in this quiet part of New England, you might miss all the relaxing things that Rabbit Hill Inn has to offer. Take time each afternoon and enjoy the inn's delicious traditional tea. There are fun puzzles to work on in the common room, sassy cocktails to sip at the pub or a highly rated gourmet dinner to relish in the intimate, romantic, candlelit dining room. Wake up each day to fresh brewed coffee and a sumptuous breakfast that includes homemade breads, muffins, fruit and a warm choice of either something savory or something sweet.

Everything about Rabbit Hill Inn is done to sweet perfection. Brian and Leslie Mulcahy, the innkeepers for close to nineteen years, have worked tirelessly to create a “peaceful romantic haven” and “an old fashioned very personal approach to hospitality.” Their hard work has paid off. The inn has been named in Conde Nast Traveler Gold List for 2012 and Travel & Leisure Top 500 for 2012. Though these accolades may make Brian and Leslie extremely proud, what is most important to them is that each guest leaves and then returns again Buyer’s Edge/We Love DC Real Estate but Sometimes Buyers Need to Get Away to be with the One They Love!and again because Rabbit Hill Inn is "a paradise for the senses, a vacation for the soul."
